Locations

  • Yes, it is! Once you have checked in with the app, your booking is valid all day. So you can leave the hub for an appointment and come back later. You don't have to check out at HubClub.

  • In principle, it is permitted to make (video) calls at all HubClub locations as long as this does not disturb other visitors. Many of our hubs have phone booths where you can make private video calls. Check the app to see which amenities are available at the hub of your choice.

  • Yes, we also offer meeting rooms through our app.

  • Most of our hubs have their own coffee bar, where you can buy specialty coffee, smoothies and snacks. At some hubs, you can join a daily lunch. If you would like to join us for lunch, please indicate this on your arrival at the respective hub.

  • Yes, you can invite your colleagues and friends to come work with you at a HubClub location.

    You can invite your friends for their own HubClub membership or check yourself in twice at a location to bring someone alone with you during your workday.

  • At the moment, HubClub is only available in The Netherlands, but we are working hard to expand it further internationally.

Memberships & Plans

  • HubClub offers different memberships. Memberships for individuals (e.g. freelancers) and a membership especially for teams and organisations, called 'Team Plan'.

  • Yes, you can! You need to cancel your current membership by going to the Membership Plans tab in the app and clicking on 'Do not renew'. Your current membership remains usable until the end date. You can sign up and use a new membership immediately.

    Please note: if you have any remaining credits from your first membership, they will remain valid until the end date of the first membership. You can continue to use them in combination with the credits of your new membership.

  • The HubClub 'Team Plan' is a membership specifically designed for teams and organisations. Think of it as a customised membership for your company or team. With a Team Plan you can easily work together with different team members or colleagues, all under the account of your company. Managers can easily add team members to the plan and through a personal dashboard they can see the usage and costs. Bookings & Check-in

  • 1. Select a hub via the HubClub app

    Download the HubClub app and choose a membership.

    2. Reserve a workspace on the desired day

    In the app, select your desired date, select a coworking space of your choice and confirm your booking.

    3. Check-in

    When you arrive at a hub, you check in at reception. They will be expecting you.

  • You can cancel your booking in our app up to 1 day before the booking is made. To do so, go to 'Your Bookings' in the app and cancel your booking.

  • Are you interested in a Pay-Per-Use membership? Just sign up and choose for Pay-Per-Use and experience HubClub. You can upgrade to a plan as and when you desire.

  • If you have used all your credits for the month and cannot book any more, you may want to consider upgrading your membership so you can work at our locations more often. See our current memberships on this page.

    If you still want to book a single workday without upgrading your membership, you can do so via your account in the HubClub app. Booking a single workday costs € 32.00 at most locations.

  • Yes, you can book half days or whole days.

  • In the booking confirmation that we sent you by email we explain where you can check-in at the location you have booked. When you get there, just present yourself at the reception. They will be expecting you.

  • This can happen, of course. You do not have to do anything. However, we would like to ask you to make sure that you check in next time.

Payments

  • You can take out a HubClub membership with Paypal, Ideal, Credit Card and SEPA.

  • The day you take out a membership becomes the date of debit in the following month.

    For example: If you sign up for a membership on the 17th of November, the direct debit will take place around the 17th of December. How quickly the payment is processed varies from bank to bank, so it could be up to 7 days off this estimated date.

  • No, this is unfortunately not possible at the moment. Would you like to take out a Team Plan with us, especially for teams and organisations? Then this is possible.   • No, you only pay for the remaining days of the month after you stop. You can continue to use your membership and work at our locations until the end of your billing cycle.

HubClub App & Account

 
  • Check the Google Play Store or App Store for a new update of the HubClub app. Do you already have the latest version? If so, please delete the app from your device and download it again. If you are still having problems with our app, please call us on 0640 769135 or send an email to hello@hub-club.world.

  • You can easily change all your details yourself in the app under My Profile. If you want to change your payment details, you can do so at Billing Details.

Pause & Cancellations

 
  • It is not (yet) possible to pause your membership.

  • Yes, you can stop or pause your HubClub membership directly via the app. You will only pay the invoice for that month's payment cycle and no money will be deducted from your account the following month.

Other

  • We do not (yet) organise any community events.
